Cordially, Fallon Return Policy

At Cordially, Fallon, we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy before initiating a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for U.S. orders at this time.
  • Items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in their original clear garment packaging with the SKU label intact.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery (as shown on the tracking info) and shipped back within 7 days of submitting the return request.
  • We do not accept exchanges at this time.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Beauty products
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear
  • Open pack wholesale orders

Return Shipping & Refunds

  • For items $100 or more, we cover the return shipping cost once the item has been inspected and approved.
  • For items under $100, guest are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued as store credit, or to the original payment method upon return approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply if the return doesn’t meet our requirements.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return is processed.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our team at cordiallyfallon@guestgratification.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide further instructions on how to send your item back.
